真正《冬至》後採收,具上次採收時間足足超過70天!
茶芽肥厚,葉片厚實富有彈性,茶梗粗而軟嫩;製作過程發酵足夠,茶湯口感香甜又略帶霜味,喉韻極為深厚清雅柔軟,不僅甘醇而相當耐泡!
冬片茶是市面上難以見到之季節茶,產量少且相當珍貴,在產區往往只要一上市均很快就被熟客預定完!因為冬片茶生長於冬季寒冷氣候中,日照少、茶芽生長非常緩慢,茶樹生長狀況無法預期,所以茶農更需細心照料茶樹,再輔以適當的灌溉及施肥,以生產出高品質的茶葉;故
此茶品堪稱整年度品質最佳的的茶品,雖然價格較高,但仍有許多愛茶人士趨之若鶩。
